How do I book an appointment?
Book online through Praktika to view available appointments, or call 03 5762 2190 for assistance. Our opening hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm. Please phone for urgent concerns or if you cannot find a suitable appointment.
What should I bring?
Bring your current medication list, relevant medical information and any dental referral or records you have. If applicable, bring your Medicare card, private health insurance details or dental voucher.
Can my child use CDBS?
Ask our team to check your child's eligibility and available Child Dental Benefits Schedule balance before treatment. Coverage depends on eligibility, available benefits and the services provided. We'll discuss any costs with you. See our CDBS information.
Can I use private health insurance?
Bring your membership details and ask the team about claiming arrangements. Rebates depend on your fund, policy, waiting periods and annual limits. Contact your fund to confirm your cover.
I'm nervous about visiting the dentist.
